利用規約

1. 適用
本規約は、mamonis（以下「運営者」）が提供する meltchat（アプリおよび Web 参加ページ、以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めます。本サービスを利用した時点で本規約に同意したものとみなします。App Store 経由で入手したアプリには、本規約に加えて Apple の標準使用許諾契約（EULA）が適用されます。
2. 対象年齢と利用目的
本サービスは17歳以上の方を対象とします。本サービスは、現実で面識のある相手と一時的に連絡を取るためのものです。面識のない相手を探す目的での利用はできません。
3. 部屋の寿命
部屋は作成から24時間で自動的に終了し、メッセージ・参加者・名前はすべて削除されます。延長が成立した場合は、その期限まで継続します。削除されたデータは復元できません。
4. 禁止事項
- 嫌がらせ、脅迫、差別、暴力や自傷の扇動、性的な内容の送信
- 18歳未満の者を対象とした性的な接触の勧誘
- 詐欺、勧誘、スパム、違法行為またはその助長
- 他人へのなりすまし
- 本サービスの運営を妨げる行為、不正アクセス、制限の回避
運営者は不適切な内容と迷惑行為を一切容認しません。通報を受けた内容は確認し、違反があった場合は予告なく端末の利用を停止します。
5. ブロックと通報
チャット画面のメニューから、相手をブロック・通報できます。通報された部屋のログは確認のために最長90日保存されます。
6. 有料サービス
- 延長チケット（消耗型）：延長が成立した時点で、投票者のうち1人分だけが消費されます。成立しなかった場合は消費されません
- PRO（月額・年額の自動更新サブスクリプション、または買い切り）：購入の確認時に Apple ID / Google アカウントに請求されます。サブスクリプションは、現在の期間が終了する24時間前までに解約しない限り自動更新されます。解約はストアのアカウント設定からいつでも行えます
- 購入の返金は各ストアの規定に従います
7. 免責
運営者は、利用者間のやり取りによって生じた損害について、運営者の故意または重過失による場合を除き責任を負いません。本サービスは予告なく内容を変更または終了することがあります。
8. 規約の変更
運営者は必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。
9. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、紛争は京都地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. Scope
These terms govern your use of meltchat (the app and the web join page, the "Service") provided by mamonis (the "Operator"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. For the app obtained from the App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
2. Age and purpose
The Service is for people aged 17 and over. It is meant for temporarily keeping in touch with people you have met in person. It may not be used to look for strangers.
3. Room lifetime
A room ends automatically 24 hours after it is created, and all messages, participants and names are deleted. If an extension is agreed, the room continues until the new deadline. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Harassment, threats, discrimination, inciting violence or self-harm, or sending sexual content
- Soliciting sexual contact with anyone under 18
- Fraud, solicitation, spam, or any illegal activity or its promotion
- Impersonating others
- Interfering with the Service, unauthorized access, or circumventing its limits
The Operator has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Reported content is reviewed, and devices that violate these terms are suspended without notice.
5. Blocking and reporting
You can block or report someone from the menu in the chat screen. Logs of reported rooms are kept for up to 90 days for review.
6. Paid features
- Extension tickets (consumable): when an extension is agreed, only one voter's ticket is used. Nothing is used if the extension is not agreed
- PRO (monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time purchase): payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time in your store account settings
- Refunds follow the policies of each store
7. Disclaimer
Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for damages arising from interactions between users. The Service may be changed or discontinued without notice.
8. Changes
The Operator may change these terms as needed. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Kyoto District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.

本服务面向17岁及以上的用户，用于与现实中认识的人临时保持联系，不得用于寻找陌生人。
3. 房间期限
房间在创建24小时后自动结束，所有消息、参与者和名字都会被删除。延长成立时，房间持续至新的期限。已删除的数据无法恢复。
4. 禁止事项
- 骚扰、威胁、歧视、煽动暴力或自残、发送色情内容
- 引诱未满18岁者进行性接触
- 欺诈、招揽、垃圾信息、违法行为或助长违法行为
- 冒充他人
- 妨碍本服务运营、非法访问或规避限制
运营方对不当内容和骚扰行为零容忍。被举报的内容将被审核，违反条款的设备将被停止使用，恕不另行通知。
5. 屏蔽与举报
可在聊天画面的菜单中屏蔽或举报对方。被举报房间的记录最多保存90天以供审核。
6. 付费服务
- 延长券（消耗型）：延长成立时，仅消耗投票者中一人的延长券。未成立时不消耗
- PRO（按月或按年自动续订，或一次性购买）：确认购买时向 Apple ID 或 Google 账号收费。除非在当前周期结束前至少24小时取消，订阅将自动续订。可随时在商店账号设置中取消
- 退款遵循各商店的规定
7. 免责
除故意或重大过失外，运营方对用户之间往来所产生的损害不承担责任。本服务可能在不事先通知的情况下变更或终止。
8. 条款变更
运营方可根据需要变更本条款。变更后的条款自在本页面公布时起生效。
9. 准据法
本条款以日本法律为准据法，京都地方法院为第一审专属管辖法院。
